Long, long time ago my friend posted information about Moderat‘s concert in Wroclaw on FB. As I am a huge fan of theirs, it took me less than a second to decide to join her, so I bought a ticket and impatiently waited for the magical day of the concert to come.
Days passed and as I am Such-A-Huge-Fan I infected with pre-concert enthusiasm more friends. I gathered quite a strong group that has met on 23rd of April in Wroclaw. The weather was not perfect, the location was very, really crap, but nothing, literally nothing would have stopped my enthusiasm and joy that day. The concert was, as expected, super, amazingly awesome and thanks to an equally good after-partyig in Stary Klasztor club can be described as one of the best music nights of 2016 so far.
Concert is one thing, but visiting Wroclaw was so super amazing not only cos of it. I could escape for a couple of days from my reality and meet long not seen friends, walk around and simply enjoy.
There is something about Polish cities I lack here, or to be frank, everywhere else. What I mean is a mixture of modern architecture woven between old, decadent buildings. Oh, these buildings… Some of them look scary and mysteriously, others so monumental and decent, all of them look unforgettably and take my breath away.
Check my favorite Moderat’s track from their album III and enjoy snaps from this amazing trip. I used a phone instead of camera experimentally ‘cos I was curious of results. How do you like it? All images are processed by VSCO.
And stay awesome!
