GET UP EARLY
When you get up early you get a longer day. The longer day means more time to do whatever you love. Wy not to use it?
TAKE YOUR TIME
I like to stay in bed for a couple of minutes before rushing to the bathroom. It makes me more relaxed when I need to face daily struggles.
EAT A BREAKFAST
A hungry girl is an angry girl. Eat some delicious breakfast to keep up the spirit and have strength to smile during the day. I usually go for porridge with peanut butter and bananas, cos it is so nutritious and yummy!
DO SOME YOGA
When I wait for my porridge to get ready, I have a perfect amount of 10 minutes to practice some yoga. Struggling to decide what to choose from the youtube bucket? Try THIS ONE by Adriene, which, on the top of all the other positives, lasts a perfect amount of 10 minutes.
PUT THE MUSIC ON
After relaxing and calming down yoga, go for some positive vibes. It will swing you through the morning and keep the blues away.
HAVE A COFFEE
Works like a charm, to make you focused. Do not exaggerate with the amount, though. The more you drink, the less it works.
There is nothing worse for me, than to make any clothing choices early in the morning. Keep your mind free from any concerns and have an outfit preprepared the day before.
