Are you afraid of Mondays? I used to be too, but for a while already I worked out quite a powerful routine, which turned the most hated day in a week to one of my favorites.
Here are my top tips how to go through Monday morning smoothly:
1. CLEAN UP YOUR DESK. The clear workspace will calm you down.
2. TAKE YOUR TIME. Have a coffee and eat proper breakfast to get enough strength to face the Monday struggles.
3.. ATTACK THAT EMAIL. Dedicate one hour in the morning for reading and answering the emails only. It will reduce your mailbox size and keep you up to date.
4. REVIEW LAST WEEKS NOTES. Check what info you have left for yourself from last week to plan your day wisely.
5. PLAN. Make a To-Do list and follow it up. Dedicate each hour to one, specific activity. In between tasks, plan breaks. Breaks help to be more efficient and focused.
