4 TRICKS HELPING TO BE CONSEQUENT

In everybody’s life, there is a moment to make a decision. It all starts so innocently with an idea you dwell on. Then the idea is growing and growing and eventually, you feel like you have no choice, but to go for it.

Your question. (Will I like it?)
You analyze. (What are pros and cons of it.)
You hairsplitting. (Awwww…)

It seems that making a decision is the hard part, but don’t get mislead. It is not. The tough part is to be consequent and to stick to your choice. Cos, here we are. We did, what we considered right. And now, out of the sudden, the doubts appear. Oh, these evil doubts… Responsible for lowering your self-esteem and making your life a living hell. These are what makes sticking to your choices so flipping difficult.

Luckily, there are some ways to fight these evil forces. I have implemented few methods to get rid f them. Here is my list of top four actions that will make any doubts to disappear.

1. REMINDERS. Keep handy any objects, pictures, etc. that inspired you to make your decision. Every time you have a doubt, look at it. The doubts should disappear instantly.
2. REFOCUS. Having too many thoughts that lead to nowhere? Get engaged in the manual activity. From the top of my head: sewing, knitting, cleaning, running, cooking. Whatever you like, will do.
3. VENT EMOTIONS. Do you feel like crying or screaming? Do it. Don’t let the emotions to curl up creating a ticking bomb. There is nothing worse than emotional bomb exploding unexpectedly.
4. USE SUPPORT. It can be a friend at work, school, neighbor or any of your virtual mates. Yes, me too. Feel free to write me, if you need support. (anna.grzelcz@gmail.com <3)

I like to read this kind of posts from you, as well. πŸ‘It’s like you’re reading my mind sometimes 😁 I do say to myself I must “put” little reminders, literally, everywhere.. just to remember why I even started some things, what are my goals, what’s on my “to do list” etc etc.. here’s this silly thing I said to myself I will set numerous alarms during the day, which will remind me to drink more water πŸ˜… but I think these are all a little steps that will take us to something bigger, like a healthier lifestyle, mind and body. 😊 love your posts ❀️
