They always say that, when dedicating your life to something, you shall never take breaks. But I took a break today anyway. This is not cos I was lazy or tired. It was a matter of setting priorities.

I had an amazing opportunity to spend some time with my family in these last couple of days. Those of you who can’t do it on a regular basis, like myself, should understand how precious this time was for me. Possibly you all will. Anyways, having an opportunity to sit with my parents and chatting about whatever was such an amazing time,  I forgot about the universe.

I thought, I’d catch up after weekend, but than I was sitting with my nephew, fighting with real Minecraft swards. This moment of catching up all the time we lost, when living far away from each other, that again I would not trade it for nothing.

This is how I end up here, on the bus back ‘home’, feeling relieved that I uploaded these pictures last week and forgot them.

It is tottally casual, but what I wanted to point out is the jumper. I got this cutie in a thrift store few weeks back and I strongly believe it will dethrone all the other jackets of mine. At least till the weather allows.

A few people joked such cardigan makes me look like I’m homeless, but as usual I don’t care much. It has amazing pattern, is made from 100% wool ( yes, it does tickle me a bit) and OMG have you seen these buckles??? If you are interested, yes I am wearing it also right now.

What are your favprite jackets these days? Do you wear 100% wool and how do you handle this itching thing? Let me know in comments below.

Stay awesome,

  1. Spending time catching up with family is the best time. 🙂 I need to play Minecraft with my son. He’s always asking me to play games with him. I love the outfit. I the tipped color in your hair. I had a couple of wool sweaters I bought when I visited Scotland. They were itchy. I wore a thin breathable long sleeve t-shirt under it. Have a great rest of your day. 🙂

I understand how spending time with your most loved ones can help you forget everything else in this universe. You feel as if you can do anything if you have them! Whether it’s family or friends or maybe a ssignificant other, human relationships are a valuable aspect of our lives 🙏🙏🙏

And btw your cardigan is cute and your pics are amazing as usual 😘😍😘😍😘

Haha, I had a friend also who commented same thing on my good old gypsy-ish pants. But just because it was fringed in a very weird way and that’s exactly the reason why I bought it. Anyhoo, I totally love this cardigan of yours. It looks warm and perfect for autumn. Anddd yesss I feel you about the FAMILY matter. It’s actually the most precious thing for me and I can’t wait till I go home and be with them again!

Enjoy the rest of the week.

No way cardigans make you look homeless!! They are so cute and cosy, definitely my go-to especially during colder months. 🙂 I really like how you styled the outfit, and it sounds like you had a lovely time with your family also. Thanks for sharing! xoxo

I like the jacket! It looks really cool. Sadly, I can’t wear anything with more than 20% wool, I scratch so much that I bleed soon 😦

Very nice outfit Anja. Casual and fun! Really like the cardigan, It adds texture and pattern to the look. Glad that you had a good time with your family.

  7. I really do not think that cardigan makes you look homeless – it’s such a wonderful and well put together outfit. And I agree that spending time with family is so precious – this is not something I get to do very often (most of them live in Russia) and every opportunity I get is very special to me. Have a great weekend! <3

  8. You’re right. It’s always hard to take a break when you’re doing something you love because you’re so passionate about it. But once in a while is good enough to prioritize and revitalize…Amazing photos btw…very crisp and clear
